Systems and its predecessors have been providing quality products and services
to business for 25 years. LPI has been a leader in payroll software and related
services since 1986. Our client base includes small firms with under
5 employees to large multinational corporations who rely on DATASMITH brand
products to handle tens of thousands of employees. We are
proud of the fact that many of our clients have been with us for over a decade.
We attribute this client loyalty to our "no nonsense" focus on getting
the job done in a way which works with, rather than forcing changes in,
our clients' successful business practices. We value your time, we
appreciate your business, and we work hard to provide genuinely helpful customer
service. All items offered for sale on-line are physically shipped to U.S. destinations via a carrier which provides tracking, insurance, and proof of delivery. We do not sell software 'downloads', although we do provide free demos and free product previews via this method. On-line sales offerings are extended only to business customers in the United States, its possessions and Territories. Any orders received from non-qualifying or foreign purchasers will be rejected (i.e., canceled upon receipt and any money collected will be refunded). Foreign sales of LPI products are handled exclusively by LPI partners who (1) have a nexus in the destination country, and (2) are qualified and equipped to handle customer support in the destination country.
