HOW TO USE THE FORM LAYOUT IMAGES
- Select
and print
the layout image from the list to the left. If you have
an Adobe
plug-in installed in your browser, you will be able to display the
image and print it directly from your browser. Otherwise, save
the image and use an Adobe Reader to display and
print the saved file.
To assure that you get a FULL SIZE printed layout image:
- Make
sure you CHECK "Print as
Image" in the print dialog.
- Make sure you UNCHECK "Fit to Page" and "Shrink to Fit"
in the print dialog.
- Even
when the layout image is printed full-size, different printers will
place the image in slightly
different positions relative to the edges of the page. For this
reason it is important to use the line
numbers and column numbers appearing on your printed layout
image to determine
the correct placement of your
form data:
- Each
of the numbered lines is 1/6 " (0.167") high. The TOP of
the line numbered '4' is exactly 1/2 " (0.5") from the top
edge
of the form.
- Each
of the numbered columns is 1/10" (0.10") wide. The LEFT EDGE of
the column numbered '6' is exactly 1/2" (0.5") from the left
edge
of the form.
